Any deposit made for the purpose of money laundering, fraud or any other illegal activity will result in immediate account closure, full balance forfeiture and reporting to the relevant authorities. cxx777 has a zero-tolerance policy for financial crime.

Withdrawals from cxx777 are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible. cxx777 follows a return-to-source policy as a standard anti-fraud measure.

• Multi-accounting or the use of another person's identity or payment method.

Where an account is closed for non-compliance, cxx777 will withhold any balance pending the outcome of a compliance review. If the review confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part. If the review finds no breach, the net real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting cxx777 support. Any pending bets will be settled at their natural conclusion before the account is closed. The real-money balance will be returned via the player's most recent payment method.

In all cases, cxx777's maximum liability to any individual player for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim.
